I have two boat slips: one for sale or lease and another for lease.
The one for sale or lease is in the Chamale Marina Association. It is 21 feet wide by 30 feet long and can accommodate up to a 35 ft boat. It has power and water access in a safe and convenient marina.
The one for lease is on Bayou Legendre in the Coin du Lestin Subdivision. It is 12 feet wide by 28 feet long and can accommodate one or two boats up to 40 feet long. It has power and water and easy, 10 minute access to Lake Pontchartrain (with no draw bridges!).
The charge for either slip is $5 per foot plus utilities.
