I have a 30' slip here for your boat at my condominium at 698 ne spanish river blvd. Boca Raton. Thats less than half a mile to the ocean, and only 1 NON-fixed bridge.

It is offered for Free if I can use your boat occasionally. I am a Navy guy and prefer a sailboat but any boat is better than no boat. At $10/foot I just saved you a minimum of $300 a month in dock expenses. 30' Foot is the MAX.

The homeowner's association requires current registration and liability insurance.

I have a lot of silly people call me that don't even have a boat. Please get the boat first then call me. Serious inquiries only.
I am looking for someone that has a boat and can bring it here within the next week or so. I held this dock for a month for somebody in good faith and then they told me the boat broke and they couldn't bring it. I won't hold the dock for anybody for longer than a week without a deposit.
