I am renting out my dock for the 2009 season ON the beautiful St. Croix river. The uncovered dock is 40 feet long, very spacious, and durable. It is located in Bayport, MN right next to the public park. My driveway is pretty much a parking lot and has plenty of room for you to leave your vehicle while you are out cruising the river or if you would prefer to park at the Bayport Public Park it is right next door, very convienent. I am asking $1500 or best offer. It must be paid in cash.
