Boat slip at Ray Hubbard, looking to sub lease it out. My lease with Chandler's isn't up until March and I need to get rid of it ASAP. After that, you can deal directly with Chandler's. Slip size is 36' x 15' and has a 10' x 15' ft deck with a refrigerator and cabinets that I will not be taking with me. It also has a 4500lb lift that is rented from Chandler's. It can stay or be removed.
Sub leasing it from me until the end of March is $400/month for the 6 months or $2350 up front (paying up front will equal out to one month free.) The rent with Chandler's is $459/month so I'm offering a good discounted rate either way.
