The first phase of the marina has just opened up and contains 39 slips accommodating boats ranging in size from 30’ – 45’lengths. The marina consists of a floating dock system topped with hardy and beautiful Brazilian Ipe decking and features water and metered electrical power at every slip, a marine sanitary pump out station, restrooms, and secure entrances to Marina. Additionally a fuel dock is planned for next season.
