Slip # A13. This marina has floating docks meaning no ladders down to your slip and boat. This marina is almost completely updated with new floating dock sections and this slip also has a new finger dock for your safety. This 25" slip is equipped with shore power and municiple water. The marina also has a gas dock with a waste pumpout station.This marina allows fast access to the bay and this slip is located on the main channel , allowing plenty of swing room in and out of the slip. It also has two guide posts to prevent you or yur neighbor from sliding into each other. Docking is almost always into the wind for better control. This marina is gated and also has bathrooms with showers and a fish cleaning station. The annual fee is $275 per year and the annual fee and the dock assessment fee for 2012 has been paid.
